Rashan Gary’s bold prediction for Jordan Love will delight Packers fans

With Rashan Gary on defense and Jordan Love leading the offense, the sky is the limit for the Green Bay Packers in 2024.

Gary narrowly missed his career high with nine sacks last season, but to put it bluntly, he was fresh off a torn ACL and played in one snap count earlier this year. It didn’t take long for Gary to remind the world just how talented he is. In Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints, he managed three sacks and four quarterback hits despite playing just 23 snaps.

Love overcame a slow start, as did the entire offense, to reach MVP levels by the end of the year. The potential of Matt LaFleur’s offense is unlimited.

Gary could take another step forward under Jeff Hafley in a more aggressive system, and he’s excited to see what’s in store for Love in his second season as a starter.

As a guest at The Rich Eisen ShowGary talked about expectations for the upcoming season. He is excited to see Love’s development and made a bold prediction.

“People haven’t seen anything yet,” Gary said. “The things he’s done in camp that you can’t see. The practice tape that you can’t see. The throws he makes, the way he nails them. It’s ridiculous right now.”

“I can’t wait for the season so he can show it. He’s going to have a hell of a season for us.”

When Packers players say how good Love looks, we should believe them. No matter how bad things were for the offense early last season, Love’s teammates always supported him. They always went out of their way to tell the media how much they trusted him. They knew how talented he was, and Love showed the world at the end.

Love has come a long way since his first training camp. He seemed far from ready to play in the NFL and the lack of preseason games hurt his development.

But here we are. Love is a superstar and has a great season ahead of him. As Gary says, the best is yet to come.
