The first blockbuster of this year from Tollywood is Hanuman, starring young hero Teja Sajja and upcoming director Prasanth Varma. This sensational superhero film, which combines mythological elements with contemporary times, is exceptional. This concept helped the film gross over Rs 300 crore.

The last film to release in the first half of 2024 is Kalki 2898 AD, which is based on mythology (Mahabharata) but set in a futuristic world. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the film has so far grossed around Rs 300 crore.
