Interestingly, Schwarzenegger has strategically turned her back to the camera in her recent Instagram posts. On Friday, she posted a picture of herself helping her youngest mount a horse while Lyla looks on, wearing a baggy black sweater that might hide her baby bump.

Earlier this week, she shared a sweet photo of herself and Pratt carrying their children and walking away from the camera.

At the DSW’s “Best Foot Forward” panel luncheon in March 2023, held in honor of Women’s History Month, Schwarzenegger spoke about the importance of seeking support as she juggles multiple roles in her life.

When host Keltie Knight asked Schwarzenegger about balancing her life as a children’s book author and host of the Instagram Live series BDA Baby (Before, During, After Baby) with motherhood, Schwarzenegger stressed the importance of asking for help.

She said: “I’m a huge believer in it. I feel like on Instagram we see all these moms saying, ‘I do everything, I do everything, I do everything by myself,’ blah blah, and I’m like, ‘I don’t want to do everything by myself.'”

She continued: “I want to lean on my sister, I want to lean on my mom, I want to lean on my friends, my girlfriends. I want to be honest and transparent and also say, ‘I can’t make it today. My child is sick. She was up all night teething. I have to be a mom now.'”

She concluded, “I think you should be able to be open and comfortable with the fact that you don’t have to do everything yourself, that you can lean on others and get help from others, and be okay with that. I think that’s a big challenge for women in general, but I think especially when you’re juggling multiple roles, it’s OK to say, ‘I need help today.'”
