Infinix launches Zero Book Ultra AI PC with Intel Core Ultra processor, starting at Rs 59,990 | Technology News

Infinix, a company known for making low-end and mid-range smartphones and laptops, today launched the Zero Book Ultra AI PC powered by Intel’s latest Core Ultra processors. The newly launched laptop comes in three variants, with the most expensive model featuring the Intel Core Ultra 9 chip.

The recently launched Intel Core Ultra series processors come with an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that helps with AI tasks like image and text generation. The Intel Core Ultra 9 variant has a 16-core architecture consisting of 6 performance cores, 8 efficiency cores, and 2 power-saving cores.

In terms of GPU, the Zero Book Ultra features the integrated Intel Arc GPU with Xess frame acceleration and ray tracing support. The laptop has up to 1TB SSD and supports up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, which on paper is almost 50 percent faster than its predecessor.

Infinix says it has used an “advanced Ice Storm Dual Fan cooling system” with 79 shark blades and two 65mm fans to keep the laptop cool during resource-intensive tasks. The Zero Book Ultra AI PC features a 15.6-inch screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and 400 nits peak brightness.

Like Infinix’s most powerful laptops, there’s an overboost switch on the back that lets you unleash the laptop’s full potential. It has dual 2W speakers, supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2, and comes with a 100W charger.

Festive offer

The base variant of the Infinix Zero Book Ultra with Ultra 5 processor is priced at Rs 59,900, while the Ultra 7 and Ultra 9 versions are priced at Rs 69,990 and Rs 84,990, respectively. It will be available on Flipkart from July 10.
