Dr. Sahana Bajpaie is known as a renowned singer, songwriter and academic. She is currently a Senior Fellow teaching Bengali Language and Literature at SOAS, University of London. Bajpaie recently delighted social media users with a heartwarming video of one of her students singing a famous song by Rabindranath Tagore.

In the clip shared by Bajpaie on Instagram, student Lila Saw-Mitchell can be seen passionately singing Tagore’s iconic song Amar Praner Manush Aache Prane. As her melodious voice fills the atmosphere, viewers are visibly mesmerized and many capture the moment on camera.
