The Rancho Cucamonga Woman’s Club recently appointed Rhonda Brewster as president.

Other board members elected to a two-year term at the May 8 club meeting are Lynne Youngstrom, minutes and correspondence secretary; Betty Nicholes, treasurer; Mary Matson, parliamentarian; Robin Nicholes, fundraising; and Kathy Garcia, membership.

The Rancho Cucamonga Woman’s Club was founded in the early 1900s and is welcoming new members, according to an email from the club.

The club meets the second Wednesday of every month (except July and August) at 11 a.m. at Kickback Jack’s in Rancho Cucamonga.

The club conducts fundraisers to provide scholarships for graduating seniors from local high schools and also donates to the Salvation Army, Head Start, Ronald McDonald House, and Pennies for Pines.
