Pacsun launches Pac Artist Network Series with capsule from LA-based artist

Pacsun has announced the launch of the Pac Artist Network Series, kicking off with a collaboration with Los Angeles-based artist Kelly Malka.

The new initiative will showcase limited edition capsule collections from emerging artists. Malka is known for her vibrant and playful style that embodies the spirit of her hometown.

The collection features famous Los Angeles landmarks illustrated in her distinctive, vibrant style. Her work is strongly influenced by her Jewish-Moroccan heritage, which gives her designs cultural depth. Atrbute, a global talent agency representing leading illustrators and artists, facilitated the connection with Malka.

“The Pacsun Artist Network Series is a celebration of emerging creative talent in fashion and art, which are the cornerstones of Pacsun,” said Richard Cox, vice president of menswear and global partnerships at Pacsun.

“Collaborating with artists like Kelly Malka allows us to offer innovative designs to our community and beyond, as an extension of our Pacsun Collective, the community-based creative group that helps us shape our brand.”

The Pac Artist Network Series is a natural evolution of the success of Pacsun’s 2024 festival campaign, which focused on young musical talent and their original music.

“I am so excited to be collaborating with Pacsun and Atrbute on this project,” added Malka. “It’s an incredible opportunity to share my art with a wider audience and celebrate the beauty of Los Angeles through fashion.”
