Taylor Acorn announces debut LP “Survival in Motion”

Pop punk artist Taylor Acorn has announced her debut album, Survival in motionwill be released on September 13th. It follows a series of singles and some EPs, most recently in 2023 Certified sedativeand it includes their current singles “High Horse” and “Greener” as well as the new title track. “I feel like I’ve waited a lifetime to be able to say, ‘I’m releasing a debut album,'” says Acorn, “but honestly, I’m so glad I waited this long. I feel like I’ve finally found my sound – I’ve fallen in love with every single song. The writing process was truly something I’ll never forget – and to top it off, I got to share the experience with my best friends and some of the most amazing and talented people I know.”

“I’m not sure what’s next, but I’m incredibly proud of this chapter and can’t wait to share it with everyone,” she adds. “I hope you enjoy it and find peace in knowing that no matter what we’re going through, we’re all a walking embodiment of survival in motion. Life is a gift, no matter how crazy it can be.”

Acorn will tour with Dashboard Confessional and Boys Like Girls this fall and has also announced new headlining shows in Richmond, Baltimore, San Francisco, Anaheim and other cities. Tickets for all shows are on sale now and you can see their full tour schedule below.
