Nashville bars acquitted of charges related to death of student Riley Strain

The statement continued: “During Riley’s visit to Luke’s 32 Bridge, according to our records, he purchased and was served one alcoholic beverage and two waters. At 9:35 p.m., our security team, based on our code of conduct, decided to escort him out of the venue through our Broadway exit at the front of our building. Strain was found dead nearly eight miles from downtown Nashville on March 24 at the age of 22. Metro Nashville Police later confirmed that Strain’s death appeared to be an accident and there were no signs of foul play.
