Is there a second season of Love Me?
Love me proved so successful at home when it premiered Down Under in December 2021 that it led to a second season in 2023, joining the ranks of Australian dramas such as Deadhole And Bad mothers to obtain a publication in the UK.
“You can’t get enough of people trying to cope with the complexities of life and family, and you can’t get enough of love!” says Hugo.
“In season two, we’re experiencing a birth rather than a death, so there’s a wonderful sense of joy. There are also some wonderful new characters who throw obstacles in people’s paths. I really enjoy playing Glen. I don’t play it for humor, but there are situations he’s put in that can be very sweet. I like that he’s unexpectedly amusing and unexpectedly troubled by certain things and wants to be free of them.”
