Lone Design Club returns to Islington Square for a plastic-free July

Lone Design Club is back in Islington Square with its fashion pop-up store ‘Summer Retreat At The Club’, part of the larger ‘Plastic Free July’ initiative.

The pop-up will take place from July 10th and offers a curated selection of “sustainably and ethically produced high-fashion clothing and accessories” from various digital brands.

Covering an area of ​​1,500 square feet, LDC offers a unique and conscious shopping experience” where each item is chosen “with both performance and the planet in mind.”

In addition, there will be a schedule of comprehensive events designed to engage customers and raise awareness about sustainability.

These include workshops and LDC’s weekly “Sip and Shop” events, where participants have the opportunity to “meet the designers, delve into their inspiring stories and gain insights into sustainable fashion practices and the importance of ethical production.”

The company said: “Visitors can expect innovative designs and exclusive pieces not available in traditional retail stores.”

Participating brands include Mini Cyber, which combines futurism and technology with eco-friendly pieces; the naturally dyed garments of Organic Hanger; the traditional techniques and contemporary style of Safarahh Designs, which tells “a story of cultural heritage and sustainable practices”; the handmade, ethically produced accessories of Dorota Bojanowska; and the minimalist clothing made from sustainable materials of Azaleri.

Alice McNulty, COO of Lone Design Club, said: “We believe that by connecting consumers directly with independent designers, we can foster a greater appreciation for the stories and values ​​behind each product.”
