Terminator Zero reveals new voice cast with Rosario Dawson, Ann Dowd and more

The Terminator Zero Anime has just released Rosario Dawson (Ahsoka), Ann Dowd (The Handmaid’s Tale), André Holland (Moonlight) and Sonoya Mizuno (House of the Dragon) will join the series as the Terminator alongside the previously announced Timothy Olyphant (Justified). Dawson will play Kokoro, “an advanced AI and Japan’s answer to Skynet. When Kokoro goes online, it will have the same power as Skynet.”

Dowd will be the prophet, “the philosophical guide for human resistance, a light to guide survivors through the darkness of the unknown future.”

Holland is Malcolm Lee, “a brilliant computer programmer and father of three who is haunted by prophetic nightmares of an apocalyptic future.”

Mizuno is Eiko, “a resistance fighter who was sent back in time to stop Malcolm from blowing up Kokoro.”

Terminator Zero will premiere on Netflix on August 29th, a very significant day in the Terminator Franchise, because on August 29, 1997, Skynet gained self-awareness and launched its nuclear attack on humanity, which became known as “Judgment Day”.

Mattson Tomlin (The Batman) is the author and showrunner of Terminator Zerowith Masashi Kudo as director and Production IG (Ghost in the Shell) handles the animation.
