Luke Bryan captures young love in the video “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” – KIK-FM 100.7

Lukas Brünn has released the music video for his latest single, “I love you, miss you, mean it.”

The visualizer’s real-life slice of life captures the essence of young love by following the shared romantic journey of two high school sweethearts.

It begins with them kissing passionately in a car with foggy windows before realizing they have to move away for college. The years apart put a strain on their relationship, but when they find themselves in a long, warm embrace as adults, true love prevails.

“She said, ‘I don’t know how you feel/ But I love you, miss you, mean it/ I still see you when I dream/ I just wanna feel you hold me again/ And I’m counting down the minutes/ I’ll keep climbing these walls/ Your kiss, I want it, need it/ Love you, miss you, mean it, baby,” Luke sings in the chorus.

“This song was special to me from the first moment I wrote it. I knew it would resonate,” says Luke. “It’s about young love and the whole process of maintaining relationships through the cycle of ups and downs. My wife and I went through that journey while in college and I know a lot of other people have gone through it too.”

“Love You, Miss You, Mean It” is currently approaching the top 20 on the country charts.
