Michele drags her ex-boyfriend along, Thomas Taylorin court…she just filed a lawsuit against the NFL quarterback, claiming he defrauded her in a house purchase.
The 39-year-old model said in the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ Sportsthat Tyrod bought a home in the Los Angeles area in August 2022 … and let Draya and her children move in. She claims that she made a verbal agreement with the 34-year-old playmaker at the time that would one day allow her to buy the house from the football player.
She says the two agreed that any contributions Draya made to the property – such as improvements to the house or mortgage payments – would be credited toward the final purchase price of the home … should she ultimately decide to buy it.
She says the two never entered into a formal written contract because they were still together at the time.
Draya says in the lawsuit she offered Taylor $2.8 million for the home … and when he countered with $3.2 million in January 2024, she accepted. She claims she then put nearly $300,000 into the residence – believing it would cover the price she was willing to pay for the home.
However, Draya says Taylor recently “surprisingly” pulled the rug out from under her… and is now threatening to kick her out. She says he’s also refusing to sell her the property.
Draya is suing, among other things, for breach of contract … and is demanding damages of an unspecified amount.
Draya and Taylor reportedly started dating in 2020 – but split sometime in 2023. Draya is now romantically involved with NBA star Jalen Green … And just born to the 22-year-old’s child last month.
