Chris Hemsworth talks about his encounter with a giant spider

Chris Hemsworth gets up close and personal with a creepy crawly!

On Thursday, June 27, the 40-year-old Australian actor shared a video of himself outdoors encountering a large spider in its web.

“Look at this,” Hemsworth whispered as he pointed the camera at the arachnid.

The spider then frightened theThor Star, who moved quickly before returning to his previous position in the net.

“Jesus,” Hemsworth said, laughing and catching the spider on camera again.

“Didn’t even scare me 🤥,” Hemsworth joked in his caption, as someone commented, “How could you not run away screaming? Maybe I would have.”

“Showed it to my daughter and she said mommy that’s Thor, he’s not afraid of anything,” added another.

Earlier this month, the star encountered his character’s hammer again during a family vacation at Universal Studios.

Hemsworth shared a video on Instagram of himself looking at a signed replica of Thor’s hammer housed in a glass display case.

“Celebrity Authentics” was written on one sign, to which Hemsworth joked, “I don’t remember signing that.”

“Go and ask for it back. If you really are Thor, then get it,” one person recording the video told the actor. “Go ahead and pick it up.”

One of Hemsworth’s children then asked, “Is that a copyright signature?”
