MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – Michigan’s Adventure is closed for a second day after thousands were left without power due to severe storms.

The outage map shows a high concentration of power outages between Muskegon and White Hall, where Michigan’s Adventure is located.

The theme park announced its closure on Facebook one hour before its usual opening time.

One of the messages posted on social media regarding tickets purchased in advance was: “The validity of tickets specifically dated June 25 or 26 has been extended until September 2, 2024.”

The announcement did not include details on ticket refunds, but Facebook commenters wrote that they were contacted directly by the theme park.
