Reebok and Anuel AA launch joint series “Soy Leyenda”

Today, Reebok, the iconic and irreverent sports culture brand, and Latino rapper, singer and brand partner Anuel AA announced a three-part collaborative product series titled “Soy Leyenda” (“I Am a Legend”). Chapter 1 of the series, “I Will Be a Legend,” explores Anuel’s past through a global footwear and apparel offering across the entire family of products, launching July 12, 2024.

Anuel and Reebok officially joined forces in June 2023, launching a long-term partnership that will include various product collections and special projects.

“Soy Leyenda,” the first official product collaboration between Reebok and Anuel, takes consumers on a journey through the artist’s past, present and future through a creative lens. Each piece of the capsule will represent a different era in Anuel’s journey to legend.

“Being a ‘legend’ means more than just achieving a certain level of cultural status,” Anuel explained. “It means leaving an impact on future generations. I’ve had so many role models in my life that have shaped my character and dreams, and I’m so grateful to them. They are a huge part of my story, this partnership, and this great product.”

Part one of the collection, “I Will Be Legend,” uses Reebok’s classic footwear models to celebrate Anuel’s early ambitions to one day sell out stadiums – dreams that have shaped his current bold aesthetic, high-energy stage presence, dazzling performances and emotionally charged music. These elements are carefully captured on footwear and apparel through striking design execution, textures and graphics.

Included are the I Will Be Legend Classic Leather, the I Will Be Legend BB4000 and the I Will Be Legend Apparel, which you can see below.
