The Dog Man The book series is being adapted into a film by DreamWorks. A new sneak peek at the film has been released, offering a glimpse into the character’s transition from the printed page to the screen.
The first taste comes from the cover of the accompanying book, The Art of DreamWorks Dog Man, which will be released on December 10, 2024Months before the release, the book can be pre-ordered from Amazon and other retailers. The listings include the cover of the book, which shows the footage seen in the film as well as the Dog Man Logo. The book contains nice extras such as concept drawings and exclusive interviews about the film.
The film is directly based on the children’s book series by Dev Pilkey. Dog Man is a spinoff of Pilkey’s Captain Underpants series, and the film adaptation will be directed by Peter Hastings — the showrunner of the animated seriesThe epic stories of Captain UnderpantsThe show followed the release of the film Captain Underpants: The first epic film in 2017.
