On Monday, June 24, the 34-year-old author shared a carousel of new snapshots from his time at the Santa Barbara Zoo.

“When it finally feels like summer>> 🤗☀️💛,” her caption read, while the couple carried their daughters Eloise Christina, 2, and Lyla Maria, 3, in the first photo of the post.

In the next slide, the couple’s daughters looked out over a river wearing pink and blue hats. In the third photo, the sisters looked at an aquarium with their 45-year-old father.

Schwarzenegger then ended the carousel with a snapshot of several flamingos.

The family outing comes after the mother of two celebrated the birthday of her husband on Father’s Day. He also has an 11-year-old son, Jack, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.

“Happy Father’s Day to these two boys! The best dads and grandpas to our kids! We love you!” Schwarzenegger Pratt’s caption read as she shared photos of the Garfield Actor and her father Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Back in May, Pratt had shared sweet words about his wife on Mother’s Day.

“Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there! Love to my mom Kathy who has set the bar very high with her love, patience, humor and joy in motherhood,” he wrote at the time. “And a special thank you to my dear Katherine for all you do.”

“Watching you be Lyla and Eloise’s mom and Jack’s stepmom makes me fall in love with you more every day,” he added. “The 24/7 job of planning, transporting, loving, nurturing, managing calendars, scheduling activities, the feedings, the boundaries, the rules, the patience, the gentleness, the firmness, the wisdom and the grace. It’s truly a miracle.”

The husband and wife, who recently celebrated their fifth anniversary, tied the knot on June 8, 2019, in a private ceremony in Montecito, California, after meeting in church in 2018 and arranged by Schwarzenegger Pratt’s mother, Maria Shriver.
