Love Island’s Rob and Leah branded ‘toxic’ after Andrea’s dramatic exit from the villa

Andrea and Rob were separated after a dramatic vote that sent them home.

The immediate question was whether or not Rob would join Andrea. The Love Island USA couple had to make this important decision, which brought on-screen tensions to a fever pitch at the start of Monday’s episode. As Andrea packed her bags, she was completely weepy and mascara was running down her cheeks.

Rob seemed to hint that he was struggling to make a decision and wanted to leave, but fans recognised this as a lie. One wrote: “Rob is literally distancing himself while Andrea is crying lmaooo he can’t even pretend he just wants to talk about himself.” Ultimately, he decided to stay in the villa, which broke Andrea’s heart.

However, that left him to pursue a relationship with Leah, who might be a good fit for him. Despite the chemistry, fans mock the couple, especially Rob’s quick turnaround. “We spent 30 minutes watching Andrea and Rob ‘cry’ over each other only to end the episode with Leah/Rob making eyes at each other lol. This season is insane,” said one fan.

Rob was super emotional and loving to Andrea when he left, but it seems like he transferred that energy to Leah when she left. “In LESS THAN 24 HOURS Rob went from saying an ‘accidental’ ‘I love you’ to Andrea to a ‘giving in’ ‘I love you’ to Leah,” one fan wrote.

One fan added: “This is going to suck for Andrea: seeing the guy you cried over tell his ex girlfriend he still likes her and then giggle less than 24 hours after telling you he never liked anyone as much as you. Oooooohwee this sucks!”

This isn’t the first time Rob and Leah have gotten close, so fans are excited to see where “Rob and Leah 2.0” will go. However, they’re starting to think Leah and JaNa “rigged” the whole thing for their benefit.
