Travis Kelce announced his career shortly after his performance with Taylor Swift

Travis Kelce’s surprise appearance at Wembley Stadium during Taylor Swift’s final concert on her “Eras Tour” also came with a surprising announcement.

Just moments after the Kansas City Chiefs star was spotted on stage with his partner, a pop megastar, the “New Heights” X account — which is associated with the podcast he co-hosts with his older brother Jason — announced that a new episode of the popular show will drop on Wednesday. It remains to be seen what topics the podcast will cover, but it seems the team behind the show is letting fans know what to expect.

The image accompanying the announcement features a Union Jack along with images of a corgi, fish and chips, and a double-decker bus, seemingly alluding to the fact that the upcoming episode will feature the Kelces’ trip to England. Notably, the announcement also hints at what happened behind the scenes that allowed the three-time Super Bowl winner to appear on stage with Swift.

Both Travis and Jason caused a stir after fans spotted them during certain parts of Swift’s performance at Wembley Stadium. Travis made his stage debut on the “Eras Tour” and joined Swift and her dancers as they performed the 34-year-old’s hit “I Can Do It With A Broken Heart,” one of the songs from “The Tortured Poets Department,” her latest album.

Travis danced alongside the professional dancers as Swift. At one point, the star tight end carried Swift to a bed shaped like a broken heart, which some on social media took as a symbol that Travis was the one who helped the singer out of her grief.

The Chiefs star also fanned Swift and pretended to fix her makeup during his performance, all with a smile, seemingly showing how much he enjoyed his time on stage with Swift at Wembley. He then helped her get changed for the next part of her concert before waving goodbye to the crowd.

Travis’ appearance on stage is just the latest in a very eventful journey for the tight end. Previously, Travis was seen on cameras spending time with Tom Cruise, the two sharing a hearty laugh and even dancing to Swift’s 2014 hit “Shake It Off.”

The two men also chatted privately, as the crowd around them erupted in cheers whenever Swift performed. A video shared on social media showed Travis placing his hands on Cruise’s shoulders and leaning in to exchange a few words with the Hollywood megastar.

Both men then shared a laugh as Cruise gently patted Travis on the hand in appreciation. In addition to Cruise, “That 70s Show” stars Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were also spotted by fans at the concert, showing how big Swift’s presence is.
