Taylor Swift reveals she is a Hugh Grant fan

Taylor Swift is a Hugh Grant “fan”.
The ‘Bad Blood’ singer, 34, admitted she is a long-time fan of the ‘Four Weddings and a Funeral’ actor, 63, after he posted a message on X on Monday (24.06.24) thanking her for an “incredible show” after he was among the celebrities who watched her performance at London’s Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
Taylor has now responded online, telling X: “As a long-time Hugh Grant fan, this tweet is very important to my culture.”
Hugh had written: “Dear @taylorswift13, you have an incredible show, a fantastic and very welcoming team and an excellent, albeit enormous, boyfriend (#tequilashots.)
“Thank you from an ageing London boy, his wife and an enthusiastic 8-year-old #halfgirlhalfbracelet.”
Hugh, a father of five, was referring to the friendship bracelets handed out at Taylor’s shows and to his second child with his 41-year-old wife, television producer Anna Eberstein.
Taylor’s Saturday night show at Wembley Stadium was her second sold-out performance at the arena; around 90,000 people flocked to the stadium to see her on each of her three nights.
In addition to Hugh, famous faces such as Sir Paul McCartney, Tom Cruise, Liam Hemsworth, Rachel Zegler, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis and Greta Gerwig also came to the spectacle.
At the final show at Wembley on Sunday, fans went wild when Taylor’s boyfriend, Super Bowl winner and NFL star Travis Kelce (34), made a cameo appearance on stage. He wore a tuxedo like the entertainer’s other backing dancers and performed a skit between songs in which he carried her to a sofa after she pretended to faint in a huge white dress.
Taylor said in an online tribute to Travis and her fans after the performance: “I’m still laughing my head off/blown away by @killatrav’s Eras tour debut (kiss face emoji).”
“I will never forget these shows. I can’t wait to do them five more times in August.”
Before returning to Wembley for a series of performances from June 15-20, Taylor will now perform three shows in Dublin, Ireland from June 28-30 before heading to Amsterdam for her ‘Eras ​​Tour’ before returning to London.
