Gigi Hadid gives Taylor Swift a ring with references to Travis Kelce and her cat

Gigi Hadid just got Taylor Swift a very special piece of jewellery – not a paper ring, but a real one!

On Monday, Cece Jewellery announced that they had been commissioned to design a ring for the world-famous pop star. Although they did not specify who was behind the thoughtful piece of jewellery, the supermodel hinted as much when she commented on the Instagram post: “It’s perfect ☺️ Thank you x.”

So what did the 29-year-old model have in store for her famous friend? According to photos of the finished piece, the top of the signet ring features a photo of Swift’s cat Benjamin Button surrounded by a wreath of pearls. One side of the ring features Swift’s signature number 13 on a flaming heart. The other side features a matching flaming heart – but with the number 87, a nod to her boyfriend. Travis Kelce‘s number with the Kansas City Chiefs. The pair made their romance public in September 2023.

As a final accent the letters TTPD – an acronym for Swift’s album, The “Tortured Poets” section — are engraved on the inside of the ring.

While the ring will be a beautiful reminder of her “husband at the Chiefs” when they are apart, Swift, 34, had him very close during her entire weekend of star shows in LondonThe 34-year-old tight end was together with his famous brother Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie Kelceon Friday and Saturday evenings and even surprised the fans by appearing on stage to be on the show on Sunday.

A source told ET, “Taylor and Travis recently talked about Travis being able to perform on stage for the Eras tour when the time was right, and they finally made it happen. Travis was so excited to support Taylor on stage, and Taylor couldn’t be happier to have him there, especially during such a fun, pivotal scene in the show.”

The source added: “Travis only had one night of rehearsals, the night before he was due to appear on stage, and didn’t miss a beat. Taylor was all smiles as Travis took on the dapper role. The pair hope he can make another cameo appearance in the future.”

Afterwards, the “Anti-Hero” singer gave her husband the ultimate public seal of approval when she wrote on Instagram, “I’m still laughing my head off/blown away by @killatrav’s Eras Tour debut 🥰.”
