In its fourth year, the Famous Amos Ingredients for Success Entrepreneurs Initiative helps small black businesses achieve long-term success

CHICAGO, 24 June 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Ferrero North AmericaIn partnership with the US Black Chambers, Inc., it has announced its Famous Amos Ingredients for Success Entrepreneurs Initiative 2024, an annual national program that, in its fourth year, provides capital awards, resources and mentoring services to young Black entrepreneurs. The program invites qualified startup companies to apply for the opportunity to 50,000 US dollars Award on the website FamousAmosIngredientsForSuccess.com by 4 August 2024.

Eligible companies must be at least 90% black-owned, have been in business for no more than five years and have their headquarters in The United States. Companies must be owned by individuals who are at least 21 years old. To be considered, applicants must submit a 90-120 second pitch video explaining why they 50,000 US dollars award for their business. This year’s winners and finalists will join an established network of entrepreneurs who have grown their businesses through the program.

US Black Chambers, Inc. will serve as Famous Amos’ community partner for the fourth year of the Ingredients for Success Entrepreneurs Initiative. The partner’s support of the program includes a range of services to support entrepreneurs, including workshops, mentor placement, educational resources and more.

At the end of this fourth program cycle, three grand prize winners will be selected by a jury of renowned black entrepreneurs, including Steve Channel, Grant WarnerAnd Kendra Bracken Ferguson received an award from 50,000 US dollars in capital enterprise funds, comprehensive corporate resources and services, and advertising. Since 2021, there have been three previous program cycles in which so far 450,000 US dollars to a total of nine winners. Each year, the program receives more than 2,000 applications for review and consideration.
