Diljit Dosanjh does community work at the Golden Temple and prays

Singer Diljit Dosanjh visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar on June 23. The Punjabi singer is currently preparing for his next stop in Dallas, Texas, which is scheduled for today, June 24. Before leaving for Dallas, the pop icon sought blessings at the Gurdwara.

The actor and singer began his North American Dil Luminati tour on April 27 in Vancouver, Canada. The opening show made “history” as the biggest Punjabi concert outside India. Before his next concert, Diljit visited the Golden Temple.

Diljit Dosanjh documented his experience at the Gurdwara in a video montage on Instagram. Wearing a white collared kurta and matching trousers, Diljit showed his devotion and humility by participating in the congregational service along with the devotees.

The clips also showed Diljit Dosanjh sitting in the prayer hall with his eyes closed. He drank water from the holy Sarovar and accepted prasad from the Gurdwara volunteers. He captioned the post “Dhan Dhan Ramdas Guru”.

With his extraordinary performances at international concerts, Diljit Dosanjh has made India famous worldwide.
