Taylor Swift surprises London audience with Kim Kardashian’s diss track

On Saturday evening, Kim Kardashian finally performed her surprise song at Wembley Stadium.

Speaking to an Eras Tour crowd that included famous fans such as Tom Cruise and Greta Gerwig, Taylor Swift introduced the part of her set where she plays a song live for the first time by saying how “crazy” it was that she was performing at the massive London venue eight times this summer.

“You obviously thought this was a good idea, you believed we could do this, you wanted this to happen. This blows my mind. I’ll spend forever thanking you for this,” she said from the stage, strumming her acoustic guitar. “But on the other hand, it really makes me think that every time someone talks shit, I just work harder and get tougher.”

“I’ve never played this song before, wish me luck,” Swift concluded before she started with “thanK you aIMee,” the song from The “Tortured Poets” section This widely addresses her feud with Kardashian – and not just because she chose to capitalize K, I and M in the title.

“I changed your name and all the really crucial clues and one day your child will come home singing a song that only the two of us will know is about you,” Swift sings in the song. At another point, she reveals that she “screamed ‘Fuck you, Aimee’ into the night sky” and “can’t forgive the way you made me feel.”

Late last year, Swift finally opened up about her controversial past with Kardashian, which stemmed from what she called Kanye West’s “misogynistic” lyrics about her in his song “Famous” and the way Kardashian publicly defended her then-husband.

“It took me to a point mentally that I’ve never been before,” Swift said Time Magazine. “I moved to a foreign country. I didn’t leave a rental house for a year. I was afraid to answer phone calls. I pushed most people in my life away because I didn’t trust anyone anymore. I got really, really low.”
