Helldivers 2 desperately needs a new “Orbital Tesla Strike” strategy to combat bugs as rumors of a new, deadlier Terminid unit gain momentum

As the threat from the Terminids increases again, Helldivers 2 Players urgently need a new “Orbital Tesla Attack” Cunning that allows them to electrify/burn their enemies to death. Currently Helldivers 2 has three arc-based weapons/strategies: ARC-12 Blitzer, ARC-3 Arc Thrower, and Tesla Tower. Not many players prefer to use these weapons on the battlefield, but they should, especially the ARC-3 Arc Thrower when dealing with small enemies.

Players on social media are hoping for a better, more effective war strategy that deals electrical damage without being destroyed on the battlefield, like the Tesla Tower. Players have suggested that the “Orbital Tesla Attack“” could be a strategy that deals heavy electrical damage to bugs to completely burn them. This strategy is a necessity as the Terminid faction has evolved and there are rumors of Hive Lords being introduced, so Arrowhead should take this opportunity to experiment with electricity-based strategies.

A short video clip of a person killing insects with an electric fly swatter is currently trending on the r/Helldivers2 subreddit. This post gave the community a lot of ideas about a new electricity-based strategy, since players only have the Tesla Tower and the ARC-3 Arc Thrower to hurt enemies with electrical charges. One player suggested that Arrowhead use something called “Orbital Tesla Attack.

A powerful electricity-based strike to a specific spot would definitely be helpful on the battlefield. One player also suggested that an electric net launcher, basically a larger version of the electric fly swatter, would also be an exciting addition to the game. Arrowhead should focus more on bow-based weapons/strategies as they are quite unpopular in the community, but this is easily fixed with slight improvements.

Arc-based weapons will be effective against all new threats

It is quite obvious that both factions in Helldivers 2 are evolving day by day, but this is getting out of control as a new, terrifying threat could soon enter the game. Players have come across some boreholes in the game that are making strange noises. Many are convinced that this is an indication that Hive Lords will soon enter the game to support the Terminid faction. These giant sandworms were in the first Hell Diver game and it’s safe to say they’re not easy to beat.

Now is the best time to add a new Arc-based weapon, as it would be effective not only against new Terminid units, but also against the Illuminati, the game’s supposed third faction. The Illuminati are a strong faction, but weak against Arc-based weapons, so Arrowhead needs to add more of these weapons.
