Fans of The Voice notice surprising detail in the trailer for season 13: “New twist”

Channel Seven has released a brand new teaser trailer for the upcoming thirteenth season of The Voice Australia will premiere next month. After the trailer was released, a fan pointed out in the comments what appears to be a “new twist” in Season 13. In addition to the three small buttons below the iconic red button, which are likely “block” buttons, there is a large white button at the top of the panel.

“What is that big button behind the red button?” they asked.

The voice often introduces new elements to the show each season, with the “Block” feature added in Season 9 and updated last year so that it can be used before a coach even turns their chair. Season 11 also introduced a “Battle Pass” where coaches can press a silver button to send a performer straight to the Battle Rounds, though this was removed the following year.
