“Obviously no quality control,” complains Sam’s Club member after finding mold for the fourth time this year

“Obviously no quality control,” complains Sam’s Club member after finding mold for the fourth time this year

A SAM’S Club customer was angry after discovering mold on one of his items for the fourth time this year.

The buyer quickly took to social media to share a photo of the disgusting mistake.

“@SamsClub I’m sick of you replacing brand names with your brand,” wrote X-user Harry Delien.

He posted a photo of the cheese stick, which had a black stain despite the product being sealed.

“Today’s challenge… mold in the Cheese floor. For the fourth time this year,” Harry continued.

“There is obviously no quality control where you get this garbage and slap your name on it.”

Harry claimed that the Cheese already had mold on it before it was sealed for purchase.

He received a response from Sam’s Club’s official Help X account thanking him for bringing the incident to their attention.

“We would be happy to look into this for you,” the tweet said.

“Could you please DM us with more details? Please click the link below to proceed via chat.”

Remarkably, the response contained no apology.

SHOP FLOP

This came after another shopper became frustrated after their items were damaged due to a poor delivery experience.

I’m a member of Sam’s Club and Costco – but there’s a reason I belong to both, and it boils down to the bare necessities.

The wholesale market club defended the customer but did not apologize.

Sam’s Club“I love you guys. I really do. But you guys are the worst when it comes to packing boxes for shipping,” shopper Jenny Brown wrote on X.

Brown also shared photos of the damaged items, including a container of garlic and a bottle of olive oil oil.

Both items were dented and the shipping box was stained, meaning there may have been some leakage from one of the products.

The Sam’s Club The support site immediately addressed the incident and defended Brown’s experience.

“Hi. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is definitely not the experience we want to provide you,” the tweet said.

Sam’s Club asked Brown to DM the store for further assistance, but he did not apologize for the damaged goods.

CLUB COMPLAINTS

Sam’s Club has also come under fire as shoppers have been frustrated with the retailer’s perks.

Plus members have the added benefit of early access to stores and can shop between 8am and 10am. However, many club members are not happy with this arrangement.

Club member Robert Linthicum sharply criticized the rule for X, writing that it forced him to leave behind a shopping cart full of $200 worth of groceries.

He explained that he went to the self-checkout and scanned his membership card, but the cashier did not give him the option to complete his purchase.

“Response on screen: ‘Pay us $40 for the privilege of shopping before 10:00,'” he raged.

Linthicum said he pressed a button to call for help, but when no one came, he left his groceries behind.

The US Sun has asked Sam’s Club for comment.
