Tom Cruise joins Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour after skipping Suri’s graduation party

Tom Cruise was all smiles at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show in London on Saturday night, after missing his daughter Suri’s high school graduation party in New York just hours earlier.

The “Top Gun” star looked happy at Wembley Stadium as he exchanged friendship bracelets with his fans before the singer’s second of three sold-out shows in England’s capital.

The 61-year-old actor, wearing dark-wash jeans, a white T-shirt and a black jacket, sat among the high-profile guests, including Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Hugh Grant and “Barbie” director Greta Gerwig.

Cruise seemed to be having the time of his life as he danced to the Grammy winner’s hit “Shake it Off” with his famous colleagues in the VIP tent, just like Prince William had done the night before.

Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce was also among the stars when he attended his second London concert in a row with his brother and sister-in-law Jason and Kylie.

Meanwhile, in the US, Cruise’s estranged 18-year-old daughter had graduated from LaGuardia High School the day before.

A beaming Suri was photographed greeting her friends outside the venue shortly after they received their diplomas.

She also eagerly took photos with her mother, Katie Holmes, who stood proudly by her daughter’s side on this special day.

The teenager wore a white summer dress and high heels decorated with a flower to match the heat.

She completed her summery ensemble with a red graduation gown and a white sash.

The 45-year-old “Dawson’s Creek” alum, for her part, looked cheerful in beige pleated pants and a matching collared shirt.

Cruise’s decision not to attend the graduation ceremony comes as no surprise, as he has been estranged from the teenager for years.

Suri even left the “Risky Business” actor’s last name off her school’s official graduation brochure, using her first and middle names “Suri Noelle” instead.

Cruise confirmed in a 2012 deposition that Holmes divorced him “in part to protect Suri from Scientology.”

Followers of this controversial religion are forbidden from interacting with non-believers.

Suri – who revealed that she attend Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh in the fall – did not let her father’s absence spoil her last days at high school.
