Bush says he and his friends, who had attended the concert together, grew tired of waiting for Brown to arrive and decided to leave, but not before exchanging pleasantries with the artist. While Brown initially seemed to accept Bush’s congratulatory gesture, a member of his entourage suddenly referred to him as someone Brown had already had a falling out with, causing the encounter to suddenly become tense.

Bush says Brown then approached him in a confrontational manner. The singer said, “What’s up, n**t? I don’t forget anything,” before ordering members of his entourage to attack Bush. Bush says he was surrounded by several men who punched him and kicked him in the head.

Bush also says that a certain member of Brown’s crew named Hood Boss threw a chair at his head during the attack.

Another plaintiff, Larry Parker, says Chris Brown ordered Yella Beezy and members of his entourage to chase him and “f*** him up,” after which he was attacked after running down a stairwell with a locked door and no other way out. According to Parker, he was punched and kicked in the head for more than 10 minutes during the beating.

Bush, Parker, Lewis and Powell all suffered serious injuries in the attacks and had to undergo various medical treatments and procedures. At least one plaintiff remained hospitalized, according to Tony Buzbee, the attorney for the alleged victims.

In addition to Chris Brown and Yella Beezy, Brown’s partner Sinko Ceej and Live Nation were named as defendants in the eight-figure lawsuit. The plaintiffs have also sought temporary restraining orders against Brown, Beezy and Sinko Ceej.
