Love Island’s Wil and Uma are planning a big next step in their relationship

Love Island stars Wil Anderson and Uma Jammeh have announced the next big step in their relationship after leaving the villa.

A few weeks after Uma and Wil Love Island Arm in arm, they answered some questions from the villa in a question and answer session and explained how Wil got the nickname “Blueberry” and what their next steps are regarding their relationship.

And as it turns out, the two, who have recently become a couple, are already ready to take things more seriously, as they announced that they want to move in together.

One fan asked, “Any plans to move in together?” and the couple responded with a video featuring lots of smiles, nodding and Uma giving a thumbs up.

Although they have confirmed it without words, Uma and Wil plan to live together. However, with Uma living in London and Wil living in Whitley Bay, it is unclear where they will settle down.

During the Q&A, the couple were also asked how Wil’s nickname “Blueberry” came about, as all the other nicknames Uma had chosen correlated with the names of the islanders. For example, Joey was “Jo Jo” and Ayo was “Yo Yo”.

Wil said it all started when he took Uma to the separate villa next to Joey, Grace, Ronnie and Tiffany. He said: “There were blueberries in the fridge and we would just sit there and eat blueberries, we would throw them to each other and stuff like that.”

“I told her how much I loved blueberries, and then she looked me in the eyes and said, ‘Oh my God, your eyes look like blueberries.'”

He continued, “Since then, whenever we sat together and relaxed, we would go to the fridge and get some blueberries to sit and relax with. And even on our first night out of the villa, when we were in the holding villa, we would sit up all night munching on blueberries.”

Uma said she was surprised none of her Blueberry chats aired because that meant her nickname didn’t make sense without the context. Well, now we know!
