Jay-Z’s The 40/40 Club returns to Fanatics Fest NYC

Jay-Z’s The 40/40 Club returns to Fanatics Fest NYC

Jay-Z’s The 40/40 Club closed the doors of its main Manhattan location last year, but the legendary nightclub is returning for one weekend only.

In collaboration with Fanatics Sportsbook, a reimagined version of the sleek sports-themed lounge will come to the Javits Center for Fanatics Fest NYC on August 16 and will be open through August 18.

The 40/40 Club returns, bringing together the worlds of luxury, sports and entertainment, but will also be open to Fanatics Sportsbook VIP customers as well as the numerous celebrities and athletes expected to be in attendance.

40/40 makes every effort to recreate the atmosphere of the prestigious nightclub. Signed jerseys and memorabilia hang on the walls, and the venue is lit by stadium seats and glittering chandeliers.

It is expected to be a star-studded event, with Tom Brady, Kevin Durant, Yankees legend Derek Jeter, New York Knicks leader Jalen Brunson, Carmelo Anthony, Mike Tyson, NBA Hall of Famer Allen Iverson, Jerry Rice, David Ortiz, Spike Lee, Peyton and Eli Manning and more expected to attend.

Jay-Z and Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin teaming up is fitting considering the two have collaborated in the past on projects like the REFORM Alliance and Hov performed at Rubin’s famous White Party on July 4th.

Fanatics Fest NYC is the first annual festival to bring sports fans and trading card collectors together under one roof in the Big Apple for a unique experience. Tickets are still on sale, with adult day passes costing $50 plus fees, and children under 12 are $20-$30 plus fees, depending on the day. Three-day passes and VIP packages ($400+) are also available.

The Flatiron location of Jay’s 40/40 Club closed its doors in August 2023, but plans to reopen in 2025 at a brand new location in New York City.
