First track from Suriya’s Kanguva, “Fire Song”, released on his birthday

The first song from Siva’s Suriya starrer Kanguva, titled ‘Fire Song’, has just been released. The makers unveiled the track on Suriya’s birthday, July 23, along with a lyric video that features Suriya in a rugged look with long hair.
‘Fire Song’ is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, lyrics are by Viveka and vocals are by VM Mahalingam, Senthil Ganesh, Shenbagaraj and Deepthi Suresh. The lyrics highlight the fiery spirit of Suriya’s character and the video offers a glimpse of him dancing with his tribals.

Kanguva is directed by Siva and also stars Disha Patani. The film is produced by KE Gnanavel Raja, V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under the aegis of Studio Green and UV Creations. The film is slated to release on October 10, coinciding with Vettaiyan, starring superstar Rajinikanth in the lead role.

Suriya will also be starring in a project titled ‘Love Laughter War’. The makers announced the project on Instagram and captioned the post, “A revealing loner ready to conquer. Join the frenzy for ‘Love Laughter War’ and beyond! Happy birthday to the one. #HappyBirthdaySuriya #HBDTheOneSuriya Congratulations from team #Suriya4.”
