PARKERSBURG – The Artsbridge Summer Music Series continues Thursday at City Park.

From 6:30pm to 8pm, Highway 7 will take the concert stage and the show will be opened by local artist PT Dabbs.

The concert is sponsored by the West Virginia Central Credit Union and the City of Parkersburg. There will be several food vendors on site.

Highway 7 is a three-piece band that plays bluegrass, classic rock, and modern hits. The band performs at various local venues and festivals including the American Legion, JP Henry’s, and the Mothman Festival, among others.

Dabbs has been performing in the Mid-Ohio Valley for over 35 years. He has performed with various bands and is currently a member of Henrie Lane. He has opened for 38 Special, Sammy Kershaw, Tanya Tucker, The Guess Who, The Marshall Tucker Band and others.

Donations are collected and are welcome.

In case of rain, the concert will be moved to the Horseshoe Pit Shelter.
