Brazilian singer dies of electric shock during live show

Brazilian singer Ayres Sasaki, 35, tragically died on July 13 in Salinopolis Para, Brazil, after suffering an electric shock during a live concert, People and Brazilian news portal Istoe Gente report.

When the incident occurred, Ayre Sasaki was performing at the packed Solar Hotel. While hugging a concert-goer on stage, Sasaki touched a nearby cable, which gave him a fatal electric shock and led to his instant death.

As Istoe Gente reported, the Para Civil Police have taken witness statements and requested expert reports to investigate the circumstances of the electrocution.

On July 14, the Solar Hotel issued a statement expressing its cooperation with authorities in the investigation. The statement, shared on the hotel’s official Instagram account, emphasized their commitment to supporting Sasaki’s family and ensuring a thorough investigation.

“We are determined to support his family and take the necessary measures. We reiterate our commitment to fully cooperate with the relevant authorities in properly investigating the incidents,” the statement said. It ended with condolences to Sasaki’s family and friends.

The unexpected death of Ayres Sasaki has left fans and family members in deep mourning. Many fans expressed their shock and sadness in the comments section of his pinned posts and his last post on Instagram. Sasaki leaves behind his wife, Mariana, who he was married to for 11 months.
