Chris Brown and promoter Live Nation are facing a $50 million lawsuit from four concertgoers who claim Brown and several acquaintances “brutally and severely beat” them after a performance.

Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell filed the lawsuit on Monday in Harris County, Texas.

According to the complaint, which was first reported by TMZ and received by The IndependentThe four men were invited backstage at Brown’s show on Friday at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas – part of his ongoing 11:11 tour.

Before he left, a member of Brown’s entourage reminded him that he and Bush had “had a falling out.” Brown reportedly responded, “Oh yeah, we did. What’s up, n****? I don’t forget anything.” The filing alleges that Brown and seven to 10 members of his entourage followed Bush into the hallway and began attacking Bush and his companions.

The lawsuit further alleges that Parker was cornered on a staircase, where he was allegedly punched, kicked and stomped for ten minutes.

“All plaintiffs are currently undergoing medical treatment and will require further treatment in the future,” the lawsuit states.

Meanwhile, the music company Live Nation, which organized Brown’s tour, is accused of not ensuring the safety of concertgoers in Brown’s vicinity.

The Independent has reached out to representatives for Brown and Live Nation for comment.

“No one should have to go through what these clients have gone through,” said the plaintiffs’ attorney, Tony Buzbee, in a statement diversity“We will demand the maximum damages permitted by law for this outrageous behavior.”

“Chris Brown has a long history of violence,” Buzbee added in an Instagram post.

In June 2017, Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran obtained a restraining order against the singer, locking her up for five years. The model claimed in court that Brown had sent her violent threats via text message, such as “I can get my money back and I’m tired of playing games,” along with “B—- I’m going to beat the crap out of you” and “I promise you I’m going to make your life hell.”

In January 2022, Brown was sued for $20 million by a woman who claimed the singer drugged and raped her on a yacht docked at rapper Diddy’s estate on Star Island in Florida.

A judge dismissed the case in August of that year, citing a lack of prosecution. NBCPalm Springs reported.
