Jay Z closed its 40/40 Club last year after 20 years for restructuring… and its reopening seems to be imminent – with a special pop-up event at Fanatics Fest NYC!!!
Between August 16 and 18, the 40/40 Club will host a star-studded rollout that reimagines Hov’s former playground… Tom Brady, Derek Jeter, Kevin Durant, Peyton And Eli Manning, Carmelo Anthony and many more legendary athletes are expected to join the celebrations!!!
We’re told the new 40/40 Club will be located at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City and will hark back to its glory days… they’re dusting off signed jerseys from the collection, a large stadium with chandeliers, and select dishes from the restaurant’s original menu – not to mention a selection of top-notch cocktails.

The club is planning a grand reopening in 2025 – we spoke to ROC alumnus Memphis Bleek about his design last year and he promised the works, and it sounds like people will get a first-class preview at Fanatics Fest.
