Higher chance of storms this afternoon – Chris

Higher chance of storms this afternoon – Chris

Happy Sunday! Similar to yesterday, there will be isolated thunderstorms today, with more dry hours than wet. With a sagging cold front approaching the subway, the probability of these showers may be slightly higher than yesterday. Nevertheless, it will not be a bad day. The maximum temperatures will be just over 27 degrees.

The unsettled weather pattern will continue into next week. Expect a mix of sun and clouds with possible thunderstorms on Monday afternoon. It will warm up a few degrees with highs in the 30s. A new low pressure wave will arrive on Tuesday and that is the day when the chance of showers and thunderstorms will be highest. No severe weather is expected at this time, but one or two stronger thunderstorms cannot be ruled out.

A high pressure system will move in from the northwest on Wednesday afternoon. This will drive away the rain and bring sunshine later next week. Maximum temperatures will be around 30 degrees, with temperatures possibly even above 30 degrees possible by next weekend.

Enjoy the weekend and continue to be the best version of yourself!
