Guns N’ Roses is one of the most popular and infamous rock bands of all time. The classic GN’R lineup evolved from Hollywood Rose and LA Guns and consists of Axl Rose, Slash, Izzy Stradlin, Duff McKagan and Steven Adler.

The band turned the Sunset Strip on its head at a time when hair metal bands had taken over the scene and rock’n’roll in general. Simply put, Guns N’ Roses were the kick in the butt that rock needed. That kick came in the form of their legendary debut album, The 1987. Destroying spirit.

After three long years, Guns N’ Roses released the double album Use your Illusion I and II. After the release, both albums were number one and two on the Billboard 200 album charts.
