World-famous dance show comes to Bristol
The world-famous dance show Lord of the Dance is coming to Bristol next month. Produced by Irish-American dancer Michael Flatley, the popular Irish dance show will be performed at the Bristol Beacon from August 6th to 11th.
Flatley last performed on stage at Caesar’s Colosseum in Las Vegas in 2016, but he remains the show’s creator, producer and choreographer and is preparing a celebration for his beloved creation.
Audiences can expect stunning costumes, high-energy Irish dancing, incredible music and a magical night of dance and tradition. Flatley’s show aimed to take Irish dancing out of theaters and into the local area, and was seen by around 2.5 billion people around the world at the 1997 Academy Awards.
