This weekend is the last in 2024 that the Cleveland Browns have nothing planned, as training camp begins Monday and rookies report to team headquarters in Berea.

  • Former Kansas City Chiefs and Dallas trailblazer who still holds franchise records has died (Kansas City Star) – Former Kansas City Chiefs running back Abner Haynes, a symbol of the early, open days of the American Football League and a role model for young black athletes in the turbulent 1960s, died Thursday in Dallas. He was 86.
