The Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County and the Human Rights Commission invite the public to attend Supper Club: Inspiring Cultural and Culinary Conversations.

It is an open group that explores the diversity and history of the community through food. The club is open to anyone who enjoys eating, socializing and learning about other cultures.

The next Supper Club meeting will be on Thursday, August 8th at 6:00 p.m. at the Pioneers Memorial Complex (904 N. Main Street).

This month’s program features community favorites prepared by the catering team of Pioneers, Inc. Founded in 1952, this men’s civic organization works to improve the community by inspiring, promoting and advancing social, cultural and civic awareness and involvement in Hopkinsville and Christian County.

With a focus on education promotion, employment policies, policy implementation and industrial development, the group continues to make a positive impact on the community.

The group will share more about their organization while participants can sample barbecue, burgoo and sweet tea.

The participation fee is 10 USD per person.

The dates for the next Supper Club meetings are October 10 and December 12. These programs will be held at the Pennyroyal Area Museum at 6:00 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased at the Pennyroyal Area Museum or online at the Shopify store.

Registration for the Supper Club can be done online at the Shopify store or by calling (270) 887-4270.
