Tulsi Kumar is the daughter of late Gulshan Kumar, the founder of T-Series, a music label and production house. The singer’s brother Bhushan Kumar is a well-known producer and serves as the Chairman and Managing Director of T-Series. According to DNA India, the film venture is valued at Rs 4,000 crore. Tulsi Kumar plays an active role in T-Series’ operations alongside her sibling.

Tulsi Kumar has performed as a playback singer in recent films, including Srikanth, Satyaprem Ki Katha And Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2to name just a few. The musician, who made her singing debut in 2009 with her debut album entitled All the best, Ho Jaye, also releases independent music.
