According to bassist Ben Schaefer And Cameron in an interview in 2016, Sound Garden was deep into the writing process for a new album and planned a third writing session for this August. “I think we have six solid songs now, we’ll meet for about a week in August, keep writing and hopefully have five or six more done by then. We’re off to a very good start,” said Cameron by the time.
