Give Glenn Close her Oscar. The legendary actress has already earned several trophies just for the many adventurous roles she is willing to take on, and judging by the trailer for The First Man, she has nabbed herself another memorable role.

Directed by Lee Daniels, “Everyone’s First to Die” is about a family in rural Indiana who are plagued by supernatural and demonic apparitions. They soon discover that their house may be the gateway to hell, and in order to get out alive, they and their community must face their demons.

The film will be released exclusively on Netflix, and Close isn’t the only name in the project that’s generating excitement among audiences.

Also starring are Andra Day, Caleb McLaughlin, Mo’Nique and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor. In fact, The Deliverance is the second collaboration between director Lee Daniels and Day, and marks another iconic collaboration between the director and Mo’Nique following Precious and a public feud.

For Close, she will soon appear alongside Daniel Craig in Rian Johnson’s third “Knives Out” installment, “Wake Up Dead Man,” as well as in the projects “Brothers,” “Back in Action,” “Encore,” “The Summer Book” and a musical film based on the 1950 classic “Sunset Boulevard.”

Look for The Deliverance on Netflix on August 30. Watch the trailer below.
