The Port Clinton Artists’ Club is pleased to announce the 66th Annual Arts in the Park Festival, to be held at Lakeview Park in Port Clinton on Saturday and Sunday, August 3 and 4. The festival will open its doors to art lovers at 10 a.m. both days and admission is free to the public.

As one of Ohio’s oldest arts festivals, Arts in the Park has built a reputation for excellence thanks to the incredible talents of the artists and artisans, as well as the dedicated volunteers who make it a success year after year. The event promises a weekend of creativity, community, and fun for all ages.

Children are encouraged to unleash their artistic potential in the popular Make & Take tent, where they can create their own masterpieces. Festival-goers can also look forward to a variety of delicious food, including Lake Erie bass provided by the Port Clinton Rotary Club, and burgers, roasted corn, baked potatoes, beverages, kettle corn and ice cream cones from eight different food vendors.

This year, the club expects several thousand visitors, drawn by the area’s vibrant arts scene, famous bass and walleye fishing, world-class restaurants and hotels, and famous landmarks such as the Marblehead and Port Clinton lighthouses. Many visitors plan their vacations around Arts in the Park and return year after year to enjoy the unique atmosphere and high-quality art.

The 2024 Art Festival will feature over 100 art and craft vendors, including 25 new vendors joining a host of returning exhibitors popular with collectors and art lovers. Of particular note, this year marks the 31st anniversary of one of our esteemed jewelers, Carol Kobylanski. You can find her on Lot 8. Be sure to check out her stunning collection and celebrate this milestone with her.

In addition to the fantastic selection of arts and crafts, there will be a special fundraising raffle where visitors can purchase tickets for a chance to win a personalised pet portrait, four other pieces of art and a themed hamper.
