“Love Island USA” star Daia on rumors that she used Kordell to date his brother Odell Beckham Jr.

“Love Island USA” star Daia McGhee wants to make it clear that she has no love for Odell Beckham Jr.

In an exclusive interview with Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast, the 27-year-old reality TV personality refutes social media speculation that she seduced OG contestant Kordell Beckham and eventually dated his older brother Odell Beckham Jr.

“If people literally just look at the logic here for like two seconds, do you really think I would make out with Kordell and supposedly dry hump him and then turn around at Thanksgiving dinner when I’m sitting with his family and say, ‘Hey, OBJ, do you want to go to the room?'” asks McGhee, who famously had intense physical chemistry with Kordell.

“Does this really make sense?”

McGhee formed a bond with 22-year-old Kordell in the infamous “Casa Amor” episodes of season six, which test couples as they are separated and forced to team up with new groups of attractive men and women.

Ultimately, Kordell decided to bring McGhee back to the main villa, leaving his previous partner, Serena Page, alone and despised.

After several heated exchanges between the trio, McGhee realized Kordell still had feelings for 24-year-old Page and ended the relationship with the actor-model. (Kordell and Page eventually rekindled their romance and are currently back together on the unscripted series, while the latter eventually developed a friendship with McGhee.)

Amid this discord, the cast members – known to fans as the “Islanders” – took part in a challenge designed to give them insight into what the public had been saying about them online in real time, as new episodes of the show are edited and aired five nights a week, barely a day after they are filmed.

During this segment, McGhee was accused of having a crush on NFL star Odell (31) and leaving flirtatious comments on his Instagram page. Visibly upset, the influencer railed against this idea in front of the cameras and insisted that the optics did not correspond to her reality.

McGhee later clarified that an ex of hers had dinner with the Miami Dolphins wide receiver and shared a photo of their evening on social media, the only time she could imagine such internet activity on her part.

“My excuse was, ‘I’m sure the only (photo) I ever liked or commented on that featured your brother was when my ex went to dinner with him. And I don’t think your brother posted it, I think my ex posted it and maybe I commented,'” the Los Angeles resident said.

“They had three photos of him with his brother. They’re not friends, they just happened to be together at dinner,” she continues, stressing that she was frustrated by the “false” narrative. “And there are literally three pictures of them together on my Instagram story if anyone wants to look at my highlights.”

In an allegedly doctored image on McGhee’s account, heart-eye emojis can be seen beneath a photo of Odell, but the heart that normally appears next to a comment is inexplicably blurred.

“I was really disappointed that this comment even came up because I think if they had reviewed it, they could have easily seen that it was a photoshopped comment,” she explains.

“There are hearts on the side that you can use to like the comments, and my comment is like half a heart. It’s clearly Photoshopped. I’m like, ‘You didn’t think to check this before you put it there.'”

Meanwhile, McGhee – a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community who exited Love Island USA last week – claims that athletes are not her type. In fact, she prefers musicians.

“I had no plan to kidnap (Kordell’s) brother. That would never happen,” she says, adding, “And my celebrity crush is Kehlani, if anyone wants to know.”
