Taylor Swift’s Singalong Train brings fans to Miami for Eras tour

Taylor Swift has written several lyrics that romanticize or use train travel as a metaphor. From Rebekah boarding the afternoon train in “The Last Great American Dynasty,” folklore to the narrator who takes the night train for a specific reason, in her beloved song “Champagne Problems” from AlwaysThere are many memorable Taylor Swift lyrics that feature trains.

Now fans can go one step further and ride the train to a Taylor Swift concert in October on the Miami stop of The Eras Tour. Brightline and iHeartRadio have shared a “one-of-a-kind immersive experience” for a Swiftie train ride through South Florida from Orlando to Aventura to the concerts, which will take place in Miami, Florida on October 18, 19 and 20, 2024.

Immersive sing-along trains to Hard Rock Stadium

If you took the train to any of the Taylor Swift Eras tour dates, you probably noticed that it was very similar to a Taylor Swift train. With tens of thousands of fans at each concert, it’s no surprise that you’re likely to find many of them on the train there or around town.

Now, Brightline and iHeartRadio have teamed up to give fans heading to the Miami show the opportunity to gather and get the party started on the way to the show before they even arrive at Hard Rock Stadium. They’re encouraged to sing along to their favorite songs in a sing-along train.

Taylor Swift’s music on the train ride

Fans can listen to a curated playlist of Taylor Swift’s hits throughout their trip. Orlando-based DJs XL106.7 and Magic107.7 will be spinning popular “Tay tunes.” You’re welcome to join the many fans singing along, but if you’d rather just listen to other fans singing along, that’s fine too.

Concertgoers who ride this train to Taylor Swift’s Miami concerts will be treated to themed decorations with “Easter eggs” or surprises along the way. In addition to sing-alongs, other activities are also planned. Travelers are encouraged to make friendship bracelets before the trip or they can even make some during the trip, and guests are encouraged to exchange the bracelets as they do at Swift’s concerts.

There are also photo ops planned for Swifties on the train and select snacks and beverages will be available. Vegan diets and other dietary restrictions should be accommodated, but be sure to check with Brightline before booking your trip.

The train ride ends in Aventura, then a shuttle takes passengers to the Taylor Swift The Eras Tour at Hard Rock Stadium. (Yes, fans can sing on the shuttle too!) Round-trip transportation is available, and fans can sing along on the way home, too.

Reservations for sing-along trains are now available

You can now book tickets for Swift’s Sing-Along Train to The Eras themed tour for October 18, 19 and 20. Two trains will depart from Orlando on each concert day. Prices start at $209 for SMART train tickets and $309 for PREMIUM single tickets. Look for the SING-ALONG TRAIN icon when booking with Brightline.

Hard Rock Connect Train Reservations

Fans traveling from Orlando, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami have the option to book the HARD ROCK CONNECT trains to Aventura. These trains will provide shuttle transportation from Aventura Station to Hard Rock Stadium for The Eras Tour. They will also operate on a regular schedule without the Sing-Along Train Takeover experience.

Brightline has arranged late night return trips for guests returning from The Eras Tour show on October 18, 19 and 20. Guests should be sure to select the HARD ROCK CONNECT trains when booking their return train to ensure they have tickets for the overnight trains.

Guests riding the Sing-Along Trains will be offered round-trip transportation and rideshares between Brighton’s Aventura Station and the Eras Tour at Hard Rock Stadium. Additional fees may apply, so be sure to check your options when booking your train tickets. Remember, the shuttles will operate in coordination with the Sing-Along Trains and Hard Rock Connect train schedules. This has been planned to provide fans with a seamless and more fun experience.

Taylor Swift The Eras Tour Miami Concert Details

Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour comes to Hard Rock Stadium in South Florida on October 18, 19 and 20, 2024. It begins in Europe following the release of Taylor Swift’s eleventh studio album. The “Tortured Poets” sectionA new set has been added to the show and fans will get the chance to see the concert with this latest set in Miami.

If Swift follows her current concert tradition, she will play two surprise songs each night of the tour. These can be mashups, rather than two complete surprise songs. At the start of The Eras Tour, Swift laid out rules for the surprise songs, but now she says anything goes and she can play any songs from her entire music catalog. Fans have speculated that she might play songs like “Florida!!!” or “Fortnight” in Miami, since both songs feature the Sunshine State heavily.

If you weren’t lucky enough to get tickets to Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour concerts in Miami, you can still be part of the magic of The Eras Tour. The film version is the next best thing to a live concert, and you can catch it any time of day anywhere you can watch Disney+. The Eras Tour film does not include the actual set of The “Tortured Poets” sectionand the setlist is different. It’s still a wonderful way to experience this groundbreaking concert.

It’s also a fun film to watch while getting ready for the train ride and concert in October. Since the setlist has changed and a whole new set for Swift’s latest album has been added, nothing about the show will be “given away” if fans want to see the film before the concert.

Fun things to prepare for the train ride

Learn how to make friendship bracelets, or buy some online if you’re short on time or don’t feel like making your own. (Hey, we’re not all crafty, and that’s okay.) Since friendship bracelets will be exchanged on the train ride and at the concert, it’s nice to have at least a few of them with you.

Remember that exchanging friendship bracelets can happen quickly. If you have bracelets you don’t want to give away or trade, you can put them on your left arm and then use your right arm for the friendship bracelets you want to trade or give away to other fans.
