Obituary for Margo Taylor Hooks, Youngstown, Ohio

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Margo Taylor Hooks, 63, departed this life on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at her home.

Margo was born on August 7, 1960 in Youngstown, Ohio, to Josh and Mary Lee McCastle Hooks.

Margo enjoyed shopping, home decorating, playing cards, music and traveling.

She leaves behind her five grieving children, Diamond, Princess and Horace Gray, Monique Hooks and Bernadette Brown, all of Youngstown, two sisters, Deborah (Gary) Gurley of Youngstown and Theresa Green of Atlanta, Georgia, nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, her former husband, Robert Taylor of Youngstown, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Her parents, her son Lilrob Taylor and her brother Anthony Hooks had already died before her.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the LE Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home, 1951 McGuffey Road. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m.

Dignified and loving arrangements have been entrusted to LE Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home.
